System Application Cum Support Engineer (Telecommunications)
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the supervisor perform coding, testing, debugging programming assignment. May need to study and evaluate user requirement and conduct subsequent implementation and documentation.
- Perform programming assignment.
- Refine data and format final product.
- Provide 24×7 technical support
- Tests and develops modifications and writes operational manual.
- Writes new program code using prescribed specifications, as appropriate.
- Provide support and problem resolution; collaborate with other teams to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Answer escalation questions and provide consulting service for internal colleagues where appropriate.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of all products and services offered by the Company.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduated in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
- Proficient in Shell Scripting, Linux/Unix operating system & networking essentials
- Telco knowledge is a plus
- Experiencein C/C++, Java, Webprogramming
- On-site Support is necessary
- Related experience in technical support and customer handling experience
- Good written and spoken English
- Teamwork, initiative and able to work under pressure with tight timeline
